| Unlike
other salmon, this premium wild salmon is only available for a short
time each year. They started fishing around May 22nd and we will
be one of the first to get some. We have 2 special promotions
coming starting Friday, May 28th and going thru Tuesday, June 1st and
again on Saturday, June 5th thru Tuesday, June 8th. After
that we may have some availability but no guarantees when the run will
end. These Salmon are ocean-going, in limited amounts, and spawn
in the pristine Copper River. They are redder than most salmon and
more flavorful. The menu includes:
ALASKAN OSCAR, GRILLED SALMON WITH A
DILL HOLLANDAISE SAUCE, COPPER RIVER MACADAMIA, SALMON NAPOLEON,
MANHATTAN SALMON, SALMON VERACRUZ, SALMON AU POIVRE WITH A CHAMPAGNE
CREAM SAUCE, AND SALMON BON MARCHE.
The regular menu will be served as
well. Serving 4- 9 PM. |
