THE COPPER RIVER SALMON FROM ALASKA ARE HERE!
Unlike other Salmon, this premium wild fish is only available for a short time each year.  Known for their firm flesh, nutty flavor & Omega-3 oils, they are considered the best of the best!  We will feature these wild salmon FRIDAY, JUNE 3RD THRU SUNDAY, JUNE 12TH, 2011.  SOME WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR FATHER'S DAY JUNE 19TH AS WELL.

COPPER RIVER MENU

ALASKAN OSCAR-   A baked filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon topped with snow crab, fresh asparagus and Béarnaise sauce.                                                                                                              28.00

 COPPER RIVER MACADAMIA – A baked filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon with a touch of butter, brown sugar, fresh lime and Macadamia nuts.                                                                     27.00

 SALMON NAPOLEON – a filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon sautéed in a Chardonnay cream sauce with fresh mushrooms and nestled in a puff pastry.                                                         26.00

 MANHATTAN SALMON-  A filet of Copper River Salmon marinated in bourbon, sweet vermouth and grilled.  Of course it comes with a cherry!                                                                                         26.00
