COPPER RIVER MENU - All Salmon are $28.00
ALASKAN OSCAR- A baked filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon topped with snow crab, fresh asparagus and Béarnaise sauce.
GRILLED SALMON – A grilled filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon topped with a Dill Hollandaise sauce.
COPPER RIVER MACADAMIA – A baked filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon with a touch of butter, brown sugar, fresh lime and Macadamia nuts.
SALMON NAPOLEON – a filet of Alaskan Copper River Salmon sautéed in a Chardonnay cream sauce with fresh mushrooms and nestled in a puff pastry.
MANHATTAN SALMON- A filet of Copper River Salmon marinated in bourbon, sweet vermouth and grilled. Of course it comes with a cherry!
SALMON VERACRUZ- A baked filet of Copper River Salmon topped with roasted peppers, chilies, roasted garlic, and cilantro.
SALMON AU POIVRE- A filet of Copper River Salmon sautéed with a Champagne cream sauce and pink & green peppercorns.
All dinners come with the
usual salad and vegetables. The regular menu is available as well.
